This probing station which includes a zoom microscope with 6000 times magnification, a XY stage, and two motorized arms with 0.1µm resolution can observe very tiny spots, and tungsten probes (0.5µm-30µm tip diameter) positioned by the software of the system can easily contact them. The software of the system controls all functions such as observation, arm-positioning, and the others.
