MicroSupport has been receiving reports from customers/clients about suspicious emails that looked like from MicroSupport.

Please be aware that any domain other than our official domain (@microsupport.co.jp) in the sender address of emails from our company is not affiliated with us in any way.

The recent “impersonation email” incident involved a fake invoice with a fraudulent bank account number different from the one our company uses for transactions, attempting to prompt recipients to make payments. However, the sender’s email domain name differs from the official domain used by our company.

Please do not hesitate to contact our company by phone or other means if you are unable to verify the authenticity of an email.
